Plug-ins provide attendees with hands-on experiences. It is critical to download and test all plug-ins prior to the training session in order to make sure your training session is successful.

Flash - Browser plug-in for animation, interactivity and sound.
Shockwave - Multimedia game, learning application and product demonstration player
RealOne Player - Audio/visual program allows users to play audio clips and movie clips
QuickTime - Audio/visual program allows users to play full-motion video and digitized sound
Windows Media Player - Audio/visual program allows users to play full motion video and digital audio clips. iTunes application included to organize Podcasts.
