During Bill Clinton's presidency, he created NAFTA, raised taxes that balanced the budget, and is well known for his scandal with Monica Lewinsky. I give him a B because he left with a surplus of money and he started his political ambition at an early age, thus giving him more knowledge in the political field.
I would give Clinton a D- because he not only had affairs during his presidency but he lied under oath and was almost impeached. He helped the economy while in office and did some good but failed at many others things such as the Oslo Accords and removing troops from Somalia (Even after US troops had died trying to help them) causing many more people to be killed there.
I would give Clinton a B+. I give him that because he did have good ideas and helped to get the country out of debt, but he also had that sex scandal with his secretary which made him look less as an authoritive figure and some of his stances made people lose respect for him.
I would give Clinton a C because of two things:
1) He was involved in a sex scandal, and that deteriorated his name as President of this great nation. You do not expect a high powered leader of America to do or be involved in something like that.
2) To boost his grade, he had very good plans for America to get out of debt and also plans to help the everyday America citizen.
