TF issues with Safari

So I've created a community and when I use it on an iPad (with Safari browser) and I attempt to update a discussion on the iPad it is inconsistent .

So I downloaded the TF app for iPads and it does not recognize my 2 year old username and pass word.  Very frustracting.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Terrance,

We have a new Thinkfinity App download coming but unfortunately it is not available yet.

We will post in the Help Center how to get the App as soon as it is available.

Hmmm...now as to Safari on iPad, I'll have to defer to my colleagues.  Perhaps Marc, one of our Community Hosts will have a thought.  I'll see this discussion question to him.

    Hi Terrence:

Sorry for the delayed response... I have a couple of suggestions for the issues you are encountering.

    1. For the iPad, I have noticed that when I bring up an editing window for a discussion thread, reply, etc. I often need to tap near the upper left corner of the editing window in order for the keyboard to become enabled. Or... if I'm editing an existing post, I need to tap on the existing text or very near the end of it. Simply tapping inside the white space, often isn't enough (for whatever reason!). Not sure that is your issue, but maybe that will help?

    2. For the TF app and your password. I know that when the app was initially being developed, it didn't recognize passwords with special characters in them (such as $,@,%, etc). I haven't verified if that is still an issue or not, but if your password does, indeed, have one or more special characters, you might try changing your password (at least temporarily) to see if a more simple password works. Of course, feel free to change it back when needed :-)

Hope those suggestions help. If not, please let us know and we'll keep trying!

    Regards,
