One way to reduce crime is to reduce drug problems and use. Need to rehabilitation. Even if not in jail for drugs, there is drug usage. Drug courts offer a solution but it excludes the most serious users.
Question: If drugs are legal would this reduce abuse hence reduce crimes?

1. The fist - pair up with each other. Rubber ball, other person has five minutes to get the ball from the other. Most beat or physically try to get the ball. Group leader says switch, other tries, group leader says let's debrief, talk about strategies, what worked what didn't. Group leader asks for ball, gets it. Leader says why didn't you just ask. Most times if you ask you will get. Use your words.
