Well this school does a lot of the same things that we do. They just speak french. There grammar is a bit different, but not much. They also do what we do with classes. Here we have English class to teach us about grammar and nouns and stuff and in french class they teach how to use the language. There they have french class like we have English class. There french class teaches them grammar and there English class teaches them our language. So school is not much different from there and here. Just different languages.
Really, the only difference is that we have different native languages. Therefore, I think that this school is more similar to Grafton than it is different. I think it is more similar because, the only difference is that we speak different languages. Virtually, they are exactly the same. The kids cuss, they make racial and sexual comments, they aren't much different than us.
The school shown in the video is more different than Grafton High School, because the school shown in the video has students that have a really bad attitude. Yeah Grafton has students that have an attitude I mean every school does but the way these students talked back to the teachers was out of hand. This school is also different for the fact that most of the students in Grafton only speek English and not French. Something else is that the grammer is a little different.
I found the film you showed us rather enjoyable. I like it because of how real it is. It is like our school in numerous ways. The kids are rather disrespectful. They get off track very often too. School isn't just that place were you go to get a fine education, and make something of your life. It is overwhelmed by cocky adolescents. The film has shown this in many ways. The kids disrupt, get off track, refuse to do assignments, and fight amongst each other. That is quite similar to this school. Our generation is quite disrespectful, but there is hope. There are a lot of good people too. Anyhow, I loved the film, and the acting in it was spectacular. Have a swell day good sir.
This movie is like our school in a lot of ways, but there are ways it is different. Unlike our school the kids get off track and disrespect the teacher.unlike our school the teacher does not do anything to stop it. the kids told the teacher that everyone thought he was gay and he didnt seem to care but if that happened here we would be in a lot of trouble. So the school in only slightly similar.
I think the movie is slightly the the same because the students there have a lot of the same problems like not wanting to read. The only difference is the language and the way the teachers react with the students like the one teacher had a complete break down and he had to step outside to get air because he was so fed up with the kids. I don't think the teachers here would do that here. The kids have free time and we don't have that here. When they do they have bad language just like us at lunch. They also stand when the principal walks in the room. We don't do that here but we do get quite though.
I think Grafton high and the school in the video are similiar. i think this is because there class schedules are about the same. Also, the students are rude and disrespectful, and the teachers are there because they care and want the children to get a good education and make it far in life. The only way i think the two schools are different is because of the languages. We speak english, and have french classes teaching us how to speak the language. Our english classes teach us grammar, spelling, and meanings of words. In that school, they have an english class to teach them how to speak the language, and a french class to learn them grammar and such. So, overall i think the schools are quite similiar!
I think that their school is very similar. This is because the students are just like us they have other lives and activities other than school just like us. The classes are very similar to ours, they have a teacher, students and a subject they study, so they seem very similar to me. The only difference i see is their language and the teachers way of things in the lounge( drinking alcoholic beverages). I enjoyed the movie very much and these are some of the similarities and differences i saw during the film.
I think that Grafton High is very similar to the high school in the movie. The only difference in my eyes is that the speak french. Also i find it weird that the teachers drank wine in the teacher lounge. They have french class just like we have English class. The kids are rather rude just like they are here. I think that the kids cuss a little to much in front of the teacher but kids also do that here.. other than those few thinks i think the schools are very similar.
The schools are more similar judging by the people. Students are the same in many ways including attitude. If you act the same as a in a group of people you have no problems in that group ,but different groups either hate or avoid socialism with the other. This is the same in many schools and the larger the size of the school the more groups can be expected which is not good but crucial for survival. The attitude of the students is all too familiar with the constant hostility and back talk to teachers when even a little is asked from them , but the teachers are the same. Try to break a student and the teacher will follow sooner or later as both try to keep a feeling that they are better than the other , but some go with both parties and come to a compromise. The classes and education are pretty much the same so really its nearly the same school only a different language and bigger.
Okay, now you have it! Inappropriate laughing and name-calling are clear to me; "act like that" leaves me to interpret your meaning. Always take care to say exactly what you mean.
Sure, there are GHS students who exhibit those behaviors. Again, though, do you think we are more similar or more different? This might be evidence of either case...
I think the school in the video is very from Grafton High School, and there are big reasons. There grade pointing is diffent instead of A's,B's etc. they use points. Also thet have student representives in teacher meeting about other students grade and there behavior. There is one diffence really stood out is that the teachers were drinking alchol in the teachers lounge also one of them smokeing in the school, here your not aloud with that stuff on school propety. Many,Many diffences. Like the students uses a lot more bad language then we do here but that i say is pure unwanted language
P.S I have to say this and it is so true. Dear School in movie... Y U NO POLITE!!!
Ah, y u no refences you are so true
