I have tried to add the bookmarklet to my browers and can't get it to work. Any more directions on how to install.

I'm going to have my techie Host respond to this, but could you supply him some more information, like what platform are you using (Mac/PC), what browser are you trying to install the bookmarklet in (Safari, I.E., Firefox, Chrome) and if you can please supply the version of your browser.

With this, Marc can test the install and be more specific with his response.

If you have been able to install the Bookmarklet to your browser, you may be closer than I thought.

Read over the  How To: Add a Bookmark   doc from the Help Center docs (note option 3)

Please know that once you have your Bookmarklet working, it is the easiest way to save a favorite resource into your bookmarks to access from any computer at work or at home.

I just log in to Thinkfinity, visit some sites and when I want to save one on screen, I click on my Bookmarkelet icon on my browser toolbar.

Marc will be along soon and perhaps offer you more insights.  He is very good at troubleshooting.

        Hi John:

Jane's suggestion to read over the How To: Add a Bookmark doc is a good one. You might find what you need there.

Or... if you've successfully put the Bookmarklet into your favorites list, then you can just select it from your list anytime that you want to add a web page or resource to your Thinkfinity bookmarks list.

You may also want to add it to your Favorites Bar so that it shows at the top of all your Internet Explorer browser windows. (makes it easier to just click on it to add a site rather than get it from the favorites menu - whatever your preference is) Read on if you'd like it on the Favorites Bar.

First, if you don't see the Favorites Bar, look under the View menu and choose "Favorites Bar" from the "Toolbars" list. Then, you can drag the "Add Site to Thinkfinity" favorite from your list to the Favorites Bar.

Hope that makes some sense. If not, please let me know and I'll try to make it more step by step.

        Regards,
