I feel that they arer related to an extent. People with higher IQs usually tend to stick more to educational activities like reading and studying. However, this is not always true. Just because their IQ is higher doesn't mean they will partake in these activities. Also, when people do not have high IQs, they usually participate in activities that can be dangerous and stupid.
I do feel that personality is correlated to ones IQ, but I think there are a few exceptions which don't abide by this rule. For example, someone such as myself who has a generally higher than average IQ has a very un-social, very intuitive personality. Other people I know who have high IQ's are very extroverted, loud, and just accepts life as it is, without analyzing all the little details.
It is just a general conception that quiet people are smart... Maybe not?
Yes, your IQ matches your personality. Tyipcally a smarter person will act out in a more intelligent way, than a person with a lower IQ. For example, if you have both a high IQ and low IQ person, in an argument. It would be very easy to tell which one had the higher intellect, just based upon their actions.
