Yes I do. Tasty food start from a good seasoning. For a finger licking good pork ribs spread a combination of shredded fresh garlic, pepper, salt, oregano, fresh cilantro, olive oil and some drops of fresh lemon juice, not too much, just three or five drops per pound of ribs. Marinated the ribs for at least five hours before grilling. Once done, combine traditional barbecue sauce with guava paste, and crushed pineapple and dip the ribs on it. Mmmmmm Enjoy it !!! !Buen Provecho!
We love skewers of veggies on the grill. A quick trip to the store for green and red peppers, Vidalia onions, beefsteak tomatoes, zucchini and squash is followed by several hours marinating in Italian salad dressing. Skewer them up and place them on a hot grill to heat them through quickly while they keep their crispness. Yummm!
My familly likes to cook bratwursts and knockwursts on the grill when we do BBQs. The grill helps keep in a smokey taste to the food, and they're often a nice trade-off for the usual American hot dogs. I recommend either with mustard (rather than ketchup), especially spicy mustard or regular yellow mustard with some curry. And instead of a hot dog bun, I recommend a hard roll/bun.
