The Olympic Medal: It's All Greek to Us!

In this EDSITEment lesson, students learn the basics of the Greek alphabet and transliterate an Olympic Ode by the ancient poet Pindar. Students then learn the content and significance of the inscription on the Athens 2004 Olympic medal.
