Inspiring the Inner Explorer

Join Thinkfinity as blind mountain climber Erik Weihenmayer and actor Eric Close demonstrate how bringing adventure into the classroom can inspire and engage students. At home or in the classroom use Thinkfinity interactive games and lessons on exploration and adventure.
 

Thinkfinity.org offers free training for all school librarians, including School Library Media Specialists. We offer a variety of options for you to learn more about Thinkfinity at no cost via the following:

  • View a Thinkfinity online self-guided training available anytime, anywhere
  • Join a Thinkfinity expert trainer for hands-on exploration in our online educator webinars
  • Attend a face-to-face training in your state
  • Become a Thinkfinity trainer in your state

State of America's Libraries Report

Celebrate El día de los niños/El día de los libros (Children's Day/Book Day) on Thursday, April 30, a day that promotes literacy in multicultural families. The Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) is the national home of Día, and administers it in partnership with Founding Partner REFORMA, the National Association to Promote Library and Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish-Speaking.
